Launched by the Taawon Association in 2011, the Youth Employment Services (YES) program aims to increase the employability of recent Palestinian graduates. The program focuses on enhancing the skills and access to opportunities for Palestinian youth, enabling them to compete in both local and international job markets. Additionally, the program promotes opportunities for regional and international businesses to establish outsourcing entities in Palestine, creating more employment avenues for Palestinian talent. Objectives of the YES Program Skill Enhancement: Strengthening Palestinian youth competencies to increase their competitiveness in local and international job markets. Resource Accessibility: Improving access to career resources, information, and networks to support informed career decisions and employment success. Outsourcing Opportunities: Facilitating opportunities for global businesses to set up outsourcing operations in Palestine, leveraging local talent. Key Achievements of the YES Web PPMIS Project The YES Web-based Project and Program Management Information System (PPMIS) has delivered several essential features to streamline the program's operations: Employer Application Form: Allows HR departments from partner organizations to subscribe to the YES internship project, register for accounts, and access detailed graduate applicant information. Employers are activated upon approval by system administrators and can periodically update their registration details. Graduate Application Form: Enables recent graduates to apply for internships and job opportunities, create accounts to access employer details, and receive notifications of new opportunities. Graduates are alerted for interviews or selection updates and can update their profiles as needed. Entrepreneurship Project: Includes a dedicated section within PPMIS for young entrepreneurs with business ideas. This feature allows them to apply for funding and business support. PPMIS Tracking and Administrative Features PPMIS provides robust tracking and management capabilities: Account Management: Controls and validates registration accounts for both interns and employers. Reporting and Alerts: Alerts interns, supervisors, and the YES admin team for application updates, and reminds interns to submit monthly reports (including attendance and performance) before payment transfers. Password Management: Allows the YES admin to reset passwords for both graduates and employers upon request. Matching Mechanism: Offers dynamic matching between graduates and employers, adhering to the program's criteria and key matching elements. Automated Reports: Supplies the YES management team with automatically updated reports, such as current intern and employer lists, and employers requesting interns. The YES program, through its PPMIS system, enables Taawon Association to effectively manage and match opportunities with qualified Palestinian youth, thus supporting the economic empowerment and career growth of young graduates.

The APLA Reports Portal was developed not just as a standalone platform but as an interactive solution to transform APLA’s SDGs reports into a dynamic online experience. A key achievement was the design and development of a fully dynamic reports module, which empowers the APLA team to seamlessly manage all aspects of their reports. This robust module allows system administrators to update, modify, or delete report content with ease and add new reports at any time, ensuring the information remains relevant and up-to-date. On-demand business solution designed to unify and streamline core business operations for Al-Barq Company. The developed software helps carriers and transportation service providers better manage the complexities of a multi-modal logistics network due to different routes being used by Al-Barq. All features are implemented and tested for high accuracy results.

LAZMAK.com provides the first e-commerce Marketplace in Palestine, which was established based on research and studies for the need of the Palestinian market. This platform enables merchants to display their products to reach the largest possible number of buyers. In addition to being the first service in Palestine which provides electronic payment methods Visa card and credit card, and cash on delivery services, this project was built with high understanding for all logistic operations needed in country.

Wattan TV is a news website. Wattan TV reports breaking news, local news, international news, and political analyzes articles, design and developed by Blue team 4 years ago and we also provide annual maintenance and support since then.

The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung is one of the six political foundations in the Federal Republic of Germany associated with political parties. The Foundation’s main task is to provide political education. It is closely connected to the Left Party, it is a registered non-profit organization, whose most important body is the General Assembly. Its work is supported by the dedication and commitment of a large number of volunteers throughout Germany. For the fourth year in a row, we provide support, maintenance and hosting services for Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Palestine website including test website for functionality, ease of use and load time, solveing and fixing any problem related to their WordPress website. In addition to that, on December 2020 we have started on developing a new WordPress website that will be launched soon.
